Storage period: up to 12 months after completion of the enquiry, unless longer statutory retention obligations apply.

Obligation to provide data: Where mandatory information is required, this is necessary in order to process the enquiry; without this information, it may not be possible to process the enquiry.

7.3 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your email address (and any other voluntary information) for the purpose of sending you information and news.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

Proof of consent: Where used, we use the double opt-in procedure and log the registration in order to be able to prove consent.

Storage period: until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we delete the data unless storage is required; storage in a block list may take place to prevent further mailings (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Revocation: You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future (e.g. via the unsubscribe link).
